The vaccines are efficacious based upon well-designed gold standard studies and observations from around the globe, but we should discount this based upon a screenshot of the body of an apparent email from Tallahassee.

Of course they are making the numbers what they want . They did the same with Covid. Cuomo was so dumb he actually killed people to get the numbers up .
