It’s no one’s business how many illegal votes the democrats purchase with taxpayer money.

Originally, we looked at this in terms of election fraud.

Now that the SNAP discussion has taken center stage, it's time to come full circle and appreciate the discovery of fraud in its original incarnation.

Any state that refuses to have their data audited should not receive another dime until they do so.

I dont know what penalties there are for a state administrator to allow an illegal to receive benefits, but Congress should pass legislation that they are guilty of a federal crime. Make them personally responsible to repay any funds given to an illegal. And jail time.

True, but without the records, how do you prove it? You can't just go on a fishing expedition without some evidence to obtain a warrant, so, again, which laws (and I'm in favor of it) allow FedGov to legally demand those records and which one's compel the states to release them? It's a simple request. Either FedGov has the legal right to obtain those records and states are compelled to release them, or, there is no legal right by FedGov to compel states to release the records. That's all I'm asking. It's either one or the other.

Some of the same states refused to turn over voting data as well.

What kind of bizarro world are these states living in where they can just tell the funding source to frick off? Good luck with that.

There is a possibility that the Feds can’t get this data - that the states can legally withhold it. But even if the Feds can force the states to give them the data, still this would be about delay and trying to wait out the Trump Administration.

"Without the records......" If the Government has not received them, that is enough proof to take appropriate legal action. But, since you are so worried, in law suits both sides are allowed to file demands for depositions & Interrogatories. That proof will come out under oath. But by all means, let's keep allowing illegals to vote & receive Social Security & medical benefits. From governmental programs that they have not paid one penny into.
