Why did you leave out Section 5, I wonder?

Because it wasn't in the image that I cribbed from Twitter.

What "appropriate legislation" did they pass to enforce Section 3?

Even in your profound state of somewhat-functional retardation you must be able to acknowledge that the legislative provision in Section 5 could easily follow any mass casualty event that they're already preparing for. The Patriot Act was written, locked and loaded in advance of 9/11, and it was passed with a quickness when they had the precipitating event that would circumvent public scrutiny/opposition.

It is unreasonable to suspect that they would be quick to follow other legal requirements to enforce an action that would achieve their ultimate goal of preventing Donald Trump from returning to the WH. They already demonstrated they were willing to derail the constitutional challenges to the EC vote and certify questionable election results without continuing the challenges that were interrupted on Jan. 6, 2021.

This will be my only response to you today.

Yes. Clearly I hurt your feelings, jagoff. That was my intent.

Christ, you’re one internet meme/buzzword after another. This is what comes of having no life.

Yes, I already said "it" won't and can't happen.

You're pretending that the larger conversation is only about "it", as if that's the only avenue they have to weaken or get rid of him.

Shocker you didn't do your own research and just took the word from others.

What does this have to do with removing Trump for insurrection in the past?

How could they pass a retroactive law?

Why would the USSC permit any of this?

Unconstitutional challenges, you mean.

I feel bad for you, considering how shitty this post was.

The fear porn fantasy that somehow Democrats would magically be able to prevent that is laughable.

That position presumes the Dems are sufficiently powerful to prevent Trump's return to the WH. I reject that premise because I don't believe it to be the case.

That's not to say that they won't ATTEMPT to prevent Trump's second term. This is an existential fight for them, as there is more than ample evidence to prosecute, jail (and maybe punish more severely) practically every prominent Democrat in positions of power in Congress and most swing state officer roles.

If properly prosecuted, the D Party may be wholly radioactive.

Now you're expanding the conversation.

I'm talking specifically about removal of Trump for insurrection based on the 14th Amendment. Only that (what's put in OP).

You're now trying to expand this into a discussion about other avenues to weaken or "get rid of him".

It seems someone is trying to provoke civil war, and it's the people who keep posting the same clips.

Which side burned cities and killed people the last two elections? Which side used the federal government to attack everyone from regular citizens to party opponents? Which side is running on a platform of fundamental change to the country? Which side is running on a platform of silencing opposition? Which side has repeatedly threatened to use the US military against citizens it doesn’t agree with?

They most likely will not pull it off, but they will try. They've been trying since before the 2016 election.

The issue is that the widespread sentiment is there, they havent stopped trying to destroy one man since 2016.

They arent going to stop now either.
