I’ve never been much of a conspiracy guy or afraid of the whole one world government stuff… but if that was ever going to come to fruition it’s with a handful of psychotic far left “AI governance” overlords being in charge of AI… which will soon infect basically any and all information that’s shared online.

We thought tech controlling social media/youtube during covid was bad… this could be so much worse

The Dems are fighting AI here, because they know it can be used against them. They are very happy with the CCP making headway because they can secretly sub out the dirty stuff to their Communists compadres.

There is a helluva difference between understanding and knowing what a problem is and solving the problem. In the current scenario, potential and successful 'solutions' would be very painful. Both sides know this. Dems are ruthless and would/will burn it all down for a successful "fundamental change". Republicans will not pull the trigger, for various reasons.

Same playbook being attempted like what happened with the Tobacco industry. Scare tactics to get the gov't to solve the problem and create barriers to entry. Elizabeth Warren is already spouting this bulkshit.
