It’s the fricking EPA. What state secrets could he possibly be hiding? Nothing the epa does should be top secret. Does every branch of our publicly paid for government keep secrets from the people who pay their checks?

Aside from 'draconian' punishment, I'm not sure how to fix this type of corruption. But it must get fixed, for sure.
They should use email on a limited basis and for only official business.
After reading some of he Wikileaks released emails it shocked me to find out a lot of government employees used email like instant messaging. That is really stupid behavior.
Trump is smart. I don't believe he uses email.

Stripes, I agree with you 100%, AS LONG as you said the same thing when kunt traitor Clinton did worse and got away with it scot free.
