Yes he is a huge fraud, and details like that in the ad are exactly why i don't think this is about men, per se, but "moderates."

They must have polled that "moderates" feel like t's o.k. to like guns if you only want to shoot cans with them.

But not if you want to protect against government tyranny.

Again, they're positioning themselves as the party for "reasonable" people.
