Yes, it does.

Article 3, Section 1;

"...The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour..."

All other federal offices have a specific and codified set term. The absence of a set term, and the statement they hold the offices during good behavior = life.

Well that and it also outlines how you remove a Justice

And absent from how you remove a justice is by passing a bill about term limits

This is correct. It says they shall sever as long as they exhibit "good behavior". Meaning they're there for as long as they want.

That pesky constitution thingy just keeps bothering democrats. Unfortunately, there is a mandatory Supreme Court and those justices, appointed pursuant to that Constitution serve as long as they want. Only an amendment can change that.

The article is so wrong as to be laughable.
