Dumbass dems. Supreme Court justices' terms are set by the Constitution. A "bill" can't override the Constitution. Yet.

It hasn't even yet begun. Wait until the hearings.

The loons are desperate, they are flinging the contents of their diapers to see what sticks.

Why don’t they start with term limits on themselves?

They should pass term limits for congress first. 2 terms for senators. 8 years for representatives.
Drain the swamp.

Before they even conceived this idea I could have told you it was going to fail miserably and backfire hilariously. Whatever their next idea that's not yet conceived.....yep, fail and backfire. Their consistency is admirable.

When the socialist creep stops, the socialists start talking about changing the rules.

So Trump would instantly get two more replacements - Breyer and Thomas? LOL - 5 SCOTUS picks, a majority, in his first term.

The constitution doesn't specifically enumerate the term of the Supreme Court (according to Dems).

Then wait until they don't have hearings.

They will try to burn down DC.

I’m with them on this. Do it. Our founders should have done this and capped the court at 9 justices.

If it could include agency mid-management and up, all the better. The real swamp is in unelected bureaucrats within the State Department and DOJ.
