What does the NRA have to do with the arse hat murderer that killed their fellow students? The NRA did not exist with the writing of the Constitution and The Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights calls for a WELL REGULATED militia. What we have, thanks in large part to the NRA, is NOT well regulated.

To have your friends and classmates murdered en masse only to be called a "parrot" by the likes of you.
You're a repugnant individual.

Does the 2nd, iyo, enshrine the right of citizens to own firearms or not?
If you could be solely in charge of interpreting this law could a citizen purchase any guns at all? If so, which ones?

To scoff at my rights is repugnant.
