Relax.
It’s not my list.
Kennedy wasn’t named in the article.
As for the other two you mentioned:
quote:

At the top of that list is former Vice President Joe Biden, who leads in a recent Quinnipiac poll of Democrats. Meanwhile, Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder told The Washington Post he’s got the “guts” to be president. And the former Massachusetts governor Obama himself has suggested would be a worthy successor, Deval Patrick, isn’t taking his name out of contention.

Okay fair enough. Biden is likable but not gritty enough to be president . He’s just a yes man in the party. Holder has grit but he’s more of a behind the scenes guy. No way he willingly enters the race unless he is heavily pressure by top party leaders. sorry for attacking you. Those two just aren’t viable candidates. I think the Democratic Party will go for a younger candidate with more charm than those two.

The only one I fear on the list is Biden. Kamala Harris is interesting, but I do not think an African-American is going to carry Midwestern States. Ohio, PA, Wis, Mn or Mich.

Hey, no worries.
I didn’t take it as an attack.
Just wanted to be clear that I didn’t originate that list (I know far too little about the Democrats to ever attempt to compile a roll like that).

I think the Dems could be looking at some internal strife though, similar to what happened with the Rs in the last primary.
There are simply too many folks lookin’ to run.
There’ll likely be an old guard that supports a Biden-like candidate, and a younger contingency that wants a more progressive candidate (my money’s on Castro).

It'll be interesting if superdels in 2020 learn their lesson about backing establishment figures.

Yeah, a couple of people have mentioned that (re: Kennedy).
I certainly think it’s safe to add him.
As months pass, there undoubtedly will be additions and subtractions to the list.

Joe Biden is the only candidate with any sliver of a chance. Kamala and/or Pocahontas will repel voters by the million. With a stark dearth of leadership the worst mistake the left is making is moving further left. Moderate dems will vote for Trump without hesitation before following California off the face of the Earth. Biden is a creep but that is unlikely to hold him back in a race with Trump. He is also a creep who connects with working class voters. It would still be an uphill battle. The list is laughable beyond Biden.

Dumb post.

You start the list at Joe Biden and Eric holder who have 0% intention of running and left off Joe Kennedy who was select by the Democratic Party to deliver the response to the State of the Union address.

I'm assuming you see those giant, bright blue underlined letters beginning his post and I'm not just imagining them right? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!!

Since Fidel is dead I assume it will be Raul. Perhaps Michael Moore as a running mate. Although I can’t imagine either being too big on running.

Joe Kennedy III is only 37. I know the minimum is 35, but there's no way a 39 year old who only has his job because of his last name is getting elected President.

Bolded will not be contenders due to age or resume.

It will be a Mexican stand-off between Kamala, Patrick, and Booker.

Terry McAuliffe
Andrew Cuomo
Jerry Brown
Bernie Sanders
Kamala Harris
Elizabeth Warren
Sherrod Brown
Kirsten Gillibrand
Amy Klobuchar
Cory Booker
Pete Buttigieg
Eric Garcetti
Mitch Landrieu
Jason Kander
Steve Bullock
Julian Castro
Seth Moulton
John Delaney
