I don't care what he meant. Has anyone on the left ever given the same courtesy? Do they not ALWAYS ascribe the most dangerous motives or render the most unkind and unfavorable judgements and interpretations of EVERY utterance of EVERY member of their opposition? Why shouldn't we do the same?
