Ummmmm no. We tried that. 4th Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to accept larger numbers of sub prime loans the push minority housing initiatives. That same policy is what jump-started the housing crisis.
Informed people know exactly this. However, PC culture wont allow people to say it on air.

Democrats want to blame the big investment banks for the housing crisis. CDO's made up of mortgage backed securities were fine until the government forced absurd numbers of sub prime loans.

ACTUALLY almost everything is recorded and siloed in Utah right now. Big tech coupled with governments to help do so.
The problem they face is pulling and formatting THAT much data on a minuscule scale in a timely manner. We just don't have the processing power to parse audio/video recordings, documents, and location history quickly and accurately by person.
That WILL change and is already changing. The fear is if an enemy state reaches that point first and can access that data.
