I'm not going to devote my morning to writing a research paper to prove to you that for being so discriminated against by employers (as you claim), white people have extremely high labor force participation rates that certainly trumps the labor force participation rate of the descendants of slaves. If you choose not to believe that, there's no hope for reasonable discussion. We live in different realities.

Yea, having these conversations is fine, but the problem is that people like her are filling out city councils everywhere. These stubborn ideologues can’t effectively explain anything and they reject all evidence that counters their thinking. These crazy people are the furthest thing from being open minded. It’s a tragedy and they all have to be replaced with more competent people. It’s a conundrum because competent people don’t want these positions so it ends up being full of liberal arts majors who can’t find a job anywhere else
