That’s always the nature of war, trying to destroy their people and stuff and protect our people and stuff and the relative values of both. What they didn’t do is show the value of the ship and people they were protecting or the value of their target.

Everything in military acquisitions is jacked up. One time I had a socket that was broken. I was told to come back when the whole set was broken. I asked why - supply guy told me that it cost the same to replace one or the whole set.

Oh I certainly understand and do not think these things are unnecessary.
