Maybe, but hes an American citizen and has rights to protections from the intel community spying. It does not excuse inappropriate unmasking and felony leaking of that information for political gain.
“Raising red flags” isnt a crime, and now he isn’t facing charges. as that FBI has lied about and mischaracterized those actions you believe justify illegal abuse of the intel.

Correct. The unmasking isn't the big deal, it is only the legal way to cover for the illegal spying they were already doing on him and before they illegally leaked his name to the media.

Unmasking was their way of passing this off as a coincidence and creating a bombshell Russian Collusion narrative. If they had admitted spying on Flynn prior to the call then the Collusion narrative doesn't make sense.
