Declare emer, build wall, when it goes to supreme court block it

If he does declare an emergency and start to build the screamers will immediately have some liberal judge rule unconstitutional, just keep building until it gets to the supreme court. Then refuse to acknowledge a supreme court decision where one of the judges is acting in abstention.
Then if she shows up, according to federal law an employee cannot be at work while under the influence of drugs so continue to refuse to acknowledge the decision. When she steps down.....then take a year or so to send another judge for confirmation.....by then the wall is complete.
Im being facetious, but it is no more outrageous than having a person who broke federal law by hiding the russian collusion....investigate the same matter and accuse someone else, now is it?

Paper wraps rock, a federal judge cant stop acts during a national emergency, he is the commander in chief. During national emergencies, throughout history, our presidents have done things far far more egregious than the aforementioned.

There’s more than enough data to support there’s a serious problem, coupled with the multiple caravans of thousands of migrants - and what happens to them. That’s a legit humanitarian crisis.
