I've been arguing that the local need to do their damn jobs. And since they won't, the next step up is Federal. And it is working.
But instead of being happy for the citizens, admitting mistakes and making the necessary corrections this is the bull they do. They would rather people die in the streets, fear for their lives and live in filth than give up that democrat crack pipe.
