DC National Guard whistleblowers to say they WERE ready to be deployed on January 6 on Trump's orders hours but were held back by the Pentagon in bombshell testimony contradicting Capitol riot committee's story

quote:

Whistleblowers from the Washington D.C. National Guard will tell Congress that Donald Trump did want them deployed during the Capitol riot and the Army delayed telling them to mobilize in a bombshell hearing next week.

DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal that at least three officers will appear Wednesday before a House subcommittee to claim their stories were also ignored by the Democrat-led January 6 committee, because it didn't fit their narrative.

The hearing will aim to further prove that Acting Defense Secretary at the time Christopher Miller did give advance approval of D.C. National Guard deployment at the direction of then-President Donald Trump.

A person familiar with the review by the House Administration Committee's Oversight Subcommittee said the whistleblowers will provide testimony that then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy delayed by at least two hours providing official notice to D.C. National Guard Commander William Walker to deploy troops to the Capitol.

quote:

Instead of getting to the bottom of the breakdown in communication and focusing on improving Military preparedness for future incidents, the witnesses feel the January 6 panel was solely focused on pinning blame for the events that day on Trump.

The officers, who were with Walker the day of the Capitol riot, will detail how they were on buses in full tactical gear for hours waiting for the go-ahead from the Army.

McCarthy has stated under oath that he did give a timely order for deployment of the D.C. National Guard – but Walker's troops said they found out about mobilization during a press conference, which led to a three-hour-and-19-minute delay of forces arriving at the Capitol.

Some suggest that McCarthy was vying for a spot in President Joe Biden's incoming administration and didn't like the optics of it looking like the Army, under his command, was trying to interfere or inhibit certification of the 2020 presidential election results.

Wonder how many of them will actually make it to the stand, if any at all?

The following exonerates Trump. Yet no one speaks of it because it was highly classified. Yet...Newsweek was scooped-why?

Hear ye! Hear ye!

When Riley Williams, who is accused of stealing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's laptop during the Jan. 6 insurrection, was released from jail last year, the judge ordered that Williams would only be able to leave home for work, court proceedings, and a handful of approved outings.

Now it appears the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is one of those exceptions.

The 25-year-old has been granted permission to attend the Fairies & Fantasy themed fair for eight hours over the weekend, her lawyer Lori Ulrich told the Pittsburgh-Post Gazette.

"She is confined to her home 24/7 with exceptions. Every once in a while, if there is an activity that interests her, we ask if she can attend," Ulrich said.

Woman Who May Have Stolen Laptop From Pelosi's Office Is Arrested
This is not the first time the Mechanicsburg, Pa., resident has been allowed a reprieve from house arrest, Ulrich said. She noted that prosecutors are generally amenable to letting Williams go on day-long adventures.

This weekend, that might mean potentially partaking in some corseted cosplay, making preparations for a make-believe renaissance wedding, or enjoying a good ol' fashioned jousting competition. All of which sound like a nice break from the serious charges Williams faces.

Prosecutors say Williams stole Pelosi's computer from the speaker's office, which they say Williams boasted about on her own social media platform. The FBI was investigating whether Williams allegedly planned on selling the laptop to Russia's foreign intelligence agency.

"I took Nancy Polesis [sic] hard drives. I don't care. Kill me," authorities say she wrote on the social media site Discord.

At least 895 people across the country have been arrested in connection with the insurrection at the Capitol.

This is certainly a bombshell development. I just wonder why its taken three years for it to surface with the number of people who were involved No doubt the media writ large will ignore it or attack it.

Is Active Duty in Washington is just as useless as Active Duty in Europe.

Not shocked.
