Day after Maduro was class a drug terr. his VP visited quarantined Trinidad

The day after Maduro was classified a terrorist drug dealer.
We were on lockdown due to the virus and she came flying in for a short day meeting.
Never hit the press, she was only here for a few hours, nothing about it in the press afterwards.
Our prime minister has never acknowledged the new president of Venezuela, and never criticized Maduro, even though we have about 100K of their refugees here now.
Wonder what was on that plane....William Devane?
