Do you or Cuomo have numbers to back this up?
The Audited Financial Statements for each State are public record. Go look them up. You will find only lies.

You have suckered them all in with your gold level trolling.
Congrats you did it.
You can go back to your ice cream now.

Yes in a fair system where everyone has been on the same playing field since the inception of the system I would expect blacks to line up with the 7% number of recipients—but we all know there was never a fair playing field and thusly we have this
How long will take for them to catch up? We’ve had affirmative action, section 8, “disadvantaged” business programs for decades. Individuals rise up, but families rarely do, and communities never do. It is a worldwide phenomenon.

New York didn’t build that. The advantages that Washington DC provides to New York and only those advantages allows them to prosper.
GTFO with your merit-based bullshite.

I hate fluffy melodramatic bullshite words.

These states that want bailed out wouldn't survive without the others.

The Red voters in the Red States are toting the bill and producing.
The blue voters in the red states are taking. It just so happens the red states have large numbers of takers.
This is the voter harvest.

Louisiana always gets thrown into the taker category because all O&G taxes form the Gulf go though Louisiana go to all states. Louisiana is screwed by this. Otherwise Louisiana would be a producer state.
I wonder who we can thank for that...

BTW, all those welfare people in Red States tend to vote Democrat......
yes, I am sure they do....the direct recipient...but they then pay the money they get to their landlord, buy groceries to their grocer, pay their medical bills to their doctors...and those folks have a tendency to be Republicans and the true beneficiaries of the hand out.....otherwise they'd be directly on the dole or on their arse. Those direct recipients are also required by those Republicans to live in a manner which keeps the Republicans living in a better environment than their counerparts in India and China live in.

and the blue states are STILL financing the federal government alone with no help from any red states but Texas and Georgia.
But, it is the Blue states that push these massive spending programs. I agree with all the leftists and their new love of Federalism. Let's get back to a smaller Fed Gov so the states can spend their own money on what they choose.

I would wager New Yorkers would gladly pay their share and their share only and not the shares of Red States that they pay now and have for years. I'd bet you could get taxpayers in Mass and Cali to agree to that same deal. I would also wager you couldn't get a single solitary tax base in a red state to agree to pay their share and would continue to insist that blue states tote the bill.....
Do the Red States get to stop having their water and other resources being sent with no compensation to the Blue States?

Didn't the entire country have to bail out NYC upon a time?

really??? Its blue state voters who want an ever increasing defense budget? WOW...that is a stretch. Why don't red states then insist on military bases in their states close immediately....talk about political suicide LOL.
