I'm sorry you got in too late. I made a half mil on bitcoin. I'm living the good life.

I have no proof of what you say, first of all, but more than that, it's not about what you have now. It's a question of what will happen when bitcoin hits the floor?
I don't know a single person who has had any success with it. And I know people who are in on crypto.

If the US government thought that Bitcoin or other currency was a real challenge to its own currency, they’d squash it.

Wow, you must hang out with some real winners. It’s only gone up 600+% since November 2022. Wasn’t very hard to have success. The only real factor was to not be dumb.

Imagine running a business that accepted a currency that could drop in value as much as crypto can drop in a day
For instance- imagine Selling cars for 50,000 each, and you accept 50,000 worth of bitcoin at 11 am and by 2pm when you settle my transaction, bitcoin dropped 5% and I lost 2,500 on the sale of the car!
It’s too risky to run a business like that. Any legitimate and well run business needs trade their product for a stable currency. Why would you want to take the credit risk on an unstable currency? It’d be stupid.
So hence, crypto’s are generally not accepted on legitimate business channels.

Between bitcoin and all the contracts robinhood is allowing people to buy to sports bet I cant wait to see what debt looks like by 2030.
It’s crazy to me that Robinhood is now allowing betting. I put $4 on a rate cut by the Feds in August to win $50. I lost my $4.

The above is bs but it’s fundamental to what the crypto bros do to keep the value moving up.
It’s all FOMO. They create value by making you feel like you’re missing out. They use to internet, social media or other info avenue they can use to get people feeling like they’re missing out. Then when people question it- they try to make you feel ignorant by using all their jargon from their online classes!
-It’s limited supply!
-I’m making a killing!
-Better get in while the getting’s good!
-Trump is going to change the federal reserve to start using Bitcoin instead of the USD!
Etc.
Level 101 sales training.

Imagine making a post like this not knowing what stable coin is.

And how’d it do from Jan 20 to March 17 of this year?
It’s a currency. Why would you or anyone want a currency this volatile?

The people speaking against BTC the most on here know the least. Study a little before putting something down you know absolutely nothing about. You do yourself a great disservice.
I’ve tried to understand crypto and I still don’t truly get it. Because I don’t truly understand, I don’t have an opinion of the future for it.
I have bought a small amount of crypto in Bitcoin (bought at $90k/coin) and LINK because I read that many think LINk will quadruple in the next year. It’s not going to make or break me either way but I don’t want to completely miss the boat any more than I already have. I had some Bitcoin from when it was $7k but sold when it hit the $50k range. It would be nice to have that money now.
Do you crypto folks agree that LINK is primed for an increase in value over the next year? Is it too late for Solana bandwagon?

Where are YOU using stablecoin as currency?

Bitcoin is limited supply.
It’s so funny how obvious it is to spot the people that are missing out on the greatest wealth building opportunity of their lives.
But whatever, those that know and aren’t clutching their pearls are doing just fine.

Why did Trump release a memecoin? Is he part of the racket? Of course he is.

At the moment, I use it as an off ramp for other crypto.
In regards to every day purchases, the framework is being installed now. The Genius Act was just signed into law a few weeks ago. It is going to take some time, but it is happening very fast.
You can argue all you want about it. It isn’t going to change what is coming.

lol
I own bitcoin. As a trade.
Guess what? Its FOMO. I don’t want to miss out on the upside that’s brought about by the fervor people like you who are so blinded by the shiny promise of the upside that they go out and make wildly optimistic predictions on the internet about its upside.
I wouldn’t care if it was bitcoin or charcoal, if people want to buy it and the prices are rising, I’m getting onboard in some fashion. I love fomo trading.
I just realize the downside.

It did fine. What is your argument? That asset prices go up and down? SHOCKER!!
You should learn how to spot buying opportunities.

Really? 106,000 to 82,000 is fine?
I bet you loaded up at 82,000 right?
And “asset prices”? Heh….
you actually want us to believe that it’s not inteded to be a currency?
And tell us, when you cash in your coins, what do you exchange them for?

I bought Bitcoin at $600. The upside was real as your mom’s blow jobs.
