Nope, but WTI appears to be selling for that much more currently.

There may have been SOME short-term cost increases for any sort of services contracts that may be tied to WTI price, but certainly wouldn't have increased that much.

It’s under $95 per barrel now, and falling. The Financial Markets are soaring right now. It looks like our MSM lied to us about the fact that The Strait was opened last night and there were many vessels moving in and out. I saw this in A Podcast by Ben Dykes. He was showing satellite views of the traffic while Bloomberg was denying this information. Those who have been shorting the price of oil are going to get hit today.
