Until this story became boomer-MAGA rage bait, I thought it was understood that CB was a dying brand grasping to stay afloat.
I had no idea people under 50 regularly went there.
It's even cheap, comparatively, b/c it's shitty. That was the last rebranding they tried.
Find a local spot or, hell, a Waffle House, if you have to.

It was already cratering prior to her taking over.
Targeting a demographic that started to die without a replacement population was the real managerial misstep, and that happened years ago.

Literally playing a victim role because a customer was trying to make a fricking breakfast takeout order.
