This. President is CIC. The operation of the military and its standards are not under the jurisdiction of the judiciary nor the Congress. Constitution explicitly puts this power under the Presidents authority
Hell there’s a reason that military has its own justice system to handle misconduct.

Republicans didn’t organize and flood the zone with suits. They need to up their game and absolutely sue for injunctions in red districts for everything when a Dem is President.
