In Denton County, where I live, there are currently 564 occupied hospital beds in the county out of 1070 available.
Of those occupied, only 16 are Covid-19 patients.
There are approximately 900,000 in the county. That's 1 person hospitalized for every 56,200 people in the county.
The entire county has had 33 deaths attributed to Covid-19 effects. That's one death every 2.5 days.
There are approximately 4300 deaths in the county every year ruled as an early death (death before their expected lifespan) caused by accident, disease or homicide. That's a rate of 12 people a day dying in the county from that alone. In the same 2.5 days that someone dies from Covid-19, at least 30 people die from accident, disease or homicide.
All things considered, Covid-19 is safer than just normal living, baw.

Cheer on your virus. Cling tightly to it.
We all know the truth now.

Coronavirus cases spike in Texas, Arizona, Florida after re-opening
It was always going to increase after reopening. We only closed so hospitals won't overload. As long as hospitals don't overload again, then we're doing the right thing by reopening even with cases/deaths rising.

The problem though is that Texas and Florida did not “spike.” To say that is an outright lie. They didn’t even see a significant increase in cases. FL has continued to slowly decline while Texas has had a pretty flat line while testing has increased. TX positive case rate (% of tests that come back positive) has continued to decline. TX had 1000-1500 cases per day before they opened back up.
You’re right we shouldn’t be surprised if cases increased after opening. But they didn’t even do that...it’s a completely fabricated narrative

Florida has 20k hospital beds available. They are currently using less than 2,000 for Covid.
Arizona has 6k beds. They’re currently using around 750 for Covid.
Texas has 29k beds. They’re currently using around 1k for Covid.
None of those states are using more hospital beds now than they did on May 1.
We could’ve stayed open in 45 states the whole time and we wouldn’t have come close to exhausting hospital availability.

Are the asymptomatic bodies piling up in the streets?

Looking at how many down votes you're getting, it seems like most people just like to deny reality.
