What I’m concerned with is that once const carry passes and more people are carrying firearms, there will be more shootings and killings. People who were otherwise law abiding will believe they were within their rights to shoot someone in “self defense” but they’ll find out afterward, when a rabid trial attorney gets ahold of them- that they were not exactly in a life threatening situation… and then that otherwise law abiding citizen is now a criminal.

It’s illegal no matter what but with conceal carry permit, at least the person has been told that it’s illegal.

I mean its illegal, doesnt matter if you have a permit, no permit, constitutional this or that.

Just wondering, I saw some stats showing homicides went up slightly, but that didnt say whether they were justified or murder. If the homicides were justified, then I see no issue with the good people winning. Ill have to see if I can track those down again, but none went into detail. They just assume people see the word "homicide" and ultimately think "murder".
