Don't know how this is actually relevant.

It's relevant because anybody paying attention the last few decades knows that the Left (and teachers unions) gaslight the shite out of everything, and you're listening to them on this issue.

Fighting liberals by supporting liberal policies seems ridiculous.

If it was a liberal policy, don't you think liberals would support it?

No. But it is a handout. In this instance they prefer the union to a handout. Both are liberal.

There are reasonable arguments against vouchers to be made from the conservative POV. That it's liberal policy isn't one of them.

Cmon. I've already explained it. You're getting more dollars by the tens of thousands from the government than you paid in. You're getting a service you haven't earned. It is a typical leftist handout. Just fact.

The same arguments apply to public school funding! Your argument is circular.

Argue public funding of education in any form is an entitlement/Leftist handout. Okay. That can make sense.

Argue public funding of education is only an entitlement/Leftist handout if funds are directed by parents rather than teachers unions - nah, that doesn't make a lot of sense.

It is. And then with vouchers you're getting an education you haven't earned.

Which is no different than public education.
