What an adult does in the privacy of their home with another adult is of no issue to others. However, when you have aspirations to run for political office, your life becomes an open book. And so taking compromizing photos and videos, especially when it involves your staff, is just plain dumb, I don't care how liberal our society becomes. If she used any campaign funds in all this, she needs to be charged. I see she is already blaming 'right-wing' outlets, you just know it will be Trump's fault in 3,2,1...
