Great job Lafayette! Socialist carpetbagger defeated!

Guillory will be terrible. I don’t think we had a good option.

Better than a socialist

Of course he will be. But it was a lesser of two evils option.

He finally found a race he can win. Carlee should be ashamed of herself.

The socialist shite was very clearly propaganda. Guillory will serve the interests of the people who bought him and then he’ll try to move on to the next elected office.

One of the main things Josh Guillary ran on is that he will eliminate bike lanes.

Proof that Lafayette is full of smart people that don't fall for the "No Party" or "Independent" smoke screen. They know it really means "Democrat in disguise."

I know very little about him. Backstory?

Lesser of two evils here.

They both seemed pretty shitty, but Guillory dodged just about every attempt Carlee made to have a debate, and then proposed a stacked deck of debates.
Seems like a politician just looking out for #1 if you ask me. Glad I don't live in Lafayette Parish.

Army officer vet. Family law attorney. He lost his bid for congress to Higgins last year. Hope he doesn’t just try and use this office to enhance his chances for higher office. We’ll see.

He just very clearly wanted to be elected for anything. He was one loss away from running for Lafayette High student council president. He released no platform. Supported Edwards four years ago but is now “Republican.” Just close your eyes and imagine slimy politician and you have Guillory

And Carlee had about 8 times the donations Guillory had. Whose interests was she gonna serve?

I said in my first post that I didn’t think we had a good option
