Just heard the clip ..and don't see how this is some big win. He just said that they missed a bunch, and adding other, including Little Italy. He didn't say anything special about the it.

This will be the Socialist Democrat's perpetual excuse for not getting their agendas passed: it's Republicans' fault that essentially the Constitution won't allow what they want. They will tie up a lot of courts though.

This is why I don't worry that they will be successful. If anything, they will sink the Democrats until eventually the leadership in the party runs them off.
