If this gets you torqued up, wait till you find out about the 2 dozen states that don't require you to have passed the bar to be a judge.

Come on man you are fapping, couldn't wait to drop your big win on the board.
What big win? No one had a rational argument in opposition.
As usual when faced with facts and logical analysis that reflected poorly on the Trump Administration, you resorted to misplaced personal attacks on people who happened to know more than you on a particular subject.
There are MANY subjects of which I am ignorant. I appreciate this Board very much when someone informs me. It's one of the strengths of having this interactive platform that Chicken maintains. I have learned a great deal from you JBird.

It’s almost like every hire of Trump aside of Rubio is trying to sabotage him.
Who in tf said “Halligan is great for this pet project!”? How these people can frick this up is beyond my comprehension

You were right. Quick skimming, I'm not sure you even dropped your usual alter accusation.
Apologies and cheers. Gotta cut down on the Midol.

THAT's the transcript I would like to read:
"OK, Siebert won't play ball, who ya got? EDVA is super important with the CIA and the Pentagon being headquartered there."
"I got it. Lindsey Halligan!"
I mean...how many people did they go through? I don't even blame Halligan. I think she did as good a job as possible with the James case.

Thanks, Vox. I'm aware of that statute, but I think there's case law that suggests it wouldn't apply in the Comey case....looking....also, I think the "never presented the actual indictment to the full Grand Jury" might result in finding that no indictment was actually filed in this case.

Vox, this explains the argument that the invalid indictment won't get the benefit of 18 USC 3288.

Lying to Congress is the least of Comey's worries. I'm not sweating today's development, one bit.

Brother, Trump can’t get him on supposed layups.
Who do you think is going to spearhead the earth-shattering prosecution of Obama, et al and through what courts?

The transcript exists. It was a botched Truth Social DM. Trump told Bondi that Halligan is a good lawyer AND a fan of Bondi. The rest is history.

This pretty much sums up all of Trump's problems across both administrations.
They simply choose to put the worst people imaginable in every position.

For real? He mentioned Halligan specifically in that DM?

Leave Vox alone, he still thinks that Trump was running a shadow presidency and that the military was going to come in and restore him to power after 2020.
Vox is special, and we shouldn't pick on such people.
