I'm interested in the Pacific fast boats, since Venezuela doesnt have a pacific port. Seems like a really wonky route.

I do think the DoD realized that the boats bringing the coke that was getting to the US were all coming out of Colombia.
It looks like they completely gave up on shooting boats in the Caribbean.
