Micro Clots at the capillary level. Its never been seen before these mass vaccinations. Doesnt show up on an MRI or CT scans

My sister is in cardiovascular and said this as well. Also that D Dimer levels are elevated in the vaxxed.

I know for a fact that my local Hospital is running D Dimer tests and almost all of the recently vaxxed are testing extremely high.
You would think each and every one of these would be reported to VAERS but they
are not being reported.
This isn’t hearsay.
