Well, today's media business plan is "first, not accurate".

You combine that with their seething hate for everything Trump and this is what you get. The part that cracks me up is that they pull this shite then demand that the public take their word and insist that Trump can't criticism them in any way.

Even if he did..what does it matter? It happens all the time, and even happened in the last administration:

That’s a good question, especially considering it was an anonymous source. I mean what if a major news organization published another major lie, or a journalist tweeted, “an anonymous source has told us Apple will miss earnings by 20%”
