Not sure what you mean, im saying if a certain segment of the population is 50% of students but only 15% of the graduates, it doesn't help them a whole lot (that number is hypothetical, before you go research it)

The headline is based off the question why do blacks run a mostly white country. By the time most of us in our 30's retire, we will no longer be the majority. Will white Americans be able to handle the growing number of minority groups who gain power in our government over the next 20 years. That is what I was asking.

I think the only way that headline would have been appropriate would have been if they were alleging voter fraud or voter suppression.

But keep in mind that though Whites will become a minority, no other group will replace them as the majority, and thereby acquire the ability to systematically oppress them by themselves. This nation will just become a collection of minorities.

In public schools, this already has occurred, though non hispanic whites are still the largest of the racial or ethnic groups. Just a matter of time.
I don't see it as an issue. We've always changed and this was inevitable.

EDIT: You would be hard pressed to find a Black person who has never voted for a White candidate unless he/she has never voted, but there are plenty of White people who have never voted for a Black candidate.

Ehh i'm sure there are white people who never voted for a black person and vice versa. Probably more difficult for blacks as they are the minority but possible for some heavily black districts unless they just don't vote as you said.
