FYI, my parents live in West PCB...they're trying to get back but there is no power or clean water. They don't need a ceremonial appearance by the President and the delay that a Secret Service clearance would warrant. Stay in DC, have the professionals do their jobs, and don't disrupt anymore than already is. The President walking around, giving scripted speeches, isnt doing anything in the grand scheme of things to help.
Parents don't give a frick if he held a rally tonight talking about Pocahontas or Crazy Maxine...They aren't watching FNC or CNN.

Yeah seriously, President's never visit disaster areas WHILE the disaster is happening, because it would create unnecessary strain on police and security.
Presidents only tour disaster areas well after.
