The thing is . . . I use to flip - going from news channel to news channel to get the most out of the time I wanted to spend on news.
Now . . . I spend zero time on CNN - yet I still flip from watching my local news, some sports, Fox News at times, and some random show. So, I watch less actual news.
Quite liberating really.

Wait MSNBC is about double of CNN?
how is that possible?
they are far worse than CNN
But they have always been far left. CNN used to try to come closer to the middle but have somehow leapfrogged MSNBC to the left. MSNBC has kept their base viewers while CNN is dropping viewers left and right. If they came back to the middle, their ratings would rise accordingly.
Fox does a really good job of having opposing views and guests, and does not hesitate to cover the GOP negatively when warranted. It’s not surprising that they are #1.
