Would the test for the antibodies taken a later date not confirm he had it? It stands to reason that if he had symptoms in January 2020 and tested negative for the flu or whatever else they would have thought it could have been at that time and then got an antibody test when it was available that he could retroactively go back and deduce that it must have been COVID that made him sick?
