If the Dems end up ramming all this shite we think they are going to do... there needs to be a class action lawsuit by all the Red States and representing the 80 million Trump voters who are not being represented. Any attorneys or legal scholars know if this is something that could be pursued?

I’m not being facetious- there’s no standing

However, I think there should be a class action lawsuit against Dominion

ETA - there is standing, and it’s a private entity / product. Think Tobacco and Opiate litigation. Or auto recalls. Mass actions for consumer injury happens all the time on small or large scale against product manufacturers

Then talks of secession need to be brought up much more serious.I used to think this was a goofy boomer idea, but we are basically have no choice left. We can either secede or continue down our slow death. I realize the secession would not be perfect, but beats the hell out of the CCP alternative.

Didn't people beg Dominion to sue them so that they could get discovery and discover how Dominion was changing all votes to Biden in Germany or Venezuela?

What happened to that?

I wonder what's going on with Sydney and Dominion.

Aren't they after over a billion in damages?

Yes.

But she’s intimated that she will file one against Dominion. And I think it’s a good idea.

She also just started an election integrity 501(c). I’m assuming this is like SPLC - in that it would do legal advocacy on election integrity issues.

Sometimes I’m holding it together with a Bobby pin

Yes. I do think there is standing. There’s evidence in at the very least, Michigan, that the voting machine flipped votes. There would be evidence that Dominion, a state contractor violated voting rights and diluted the votes of Trump voters. It may be hard to make it, but not impossible. You could plead a 1983 claim that they were acting “under color of State Law” and collect punitive damages and Atty Fees for civil rights violations (basically this is the law they use in police brutality cases, for example).

I think would have to start in Michigan, and unfortunately I’m not admitted there. My thought is they would have to go state by affected state. Maybe even Florida? Trump could do it as the lead plaintiff. They don’t have to change the result - you would I think just have to show your vote was diluted.

Further trial lawyers that file those kind of thing are usually Democrats (example - John Edwards - not the Governor of Louisiana but the one who was
John Kerry’s running mate and who was a baby daddy while his wife was dying of cancer). That said, I do know one tobacco lawyer who left the Democrat Party because Trump. He’s not admitted in Michigan either.

It’s doable, but there are arguments. I hope Sidney is on it. Like I said, she’s indicated she may do it, and she did just start a legal advocacy nonprofit.

Hey let’s attack the problem rather then bitch about the problem. If we as a group of we the people could get court to look at evidence I think would be great. As you said “ not change results but totally bust Dems”. I am semi retired and can do as much leg work as needed. Also my name is known winning SEC area if that helps. Nit saying anything unless we can get something started. I am being real, if it can’t be done then ,ok.

The grapevine says one is brewing against them and FB in Colorado by the same group that tried to get the CO gov. recalled. Word is they are shopping attorneys.

I’m sure you felt this same way when Trump issued his infamous “We won the election. Elections have consequences. We have the Senate, we have the White House” quote.

Let it get all the way to Roberts and The Supreme Court.

They’ll listen to conservatives, there.
