They are.

That's because you are an uneducated LWNJ imbecile of the highest order. I would suggest you read the actual opinion authored, but we all know that without colorful pictures your drooling retard self isn't going to bother.

The Heller decision affirmed the individual right theory, not created it, and put the last nails in the coffin of the collective theories that were basically on life-support only in academic institutions.

Scalia must not be as smart as you because he spent a good amount of ink in his Heller opinion discussing individual right theory.

Breyer’s dissent is as intellectually dishonest as his dissent in the last significant 2nd amendment case. In the previous case he cited as authority in his dissent a historical study by a Virginia historian regarding the meaning of “militia”, “arms”, and the evolution of the 2nd amendment. Prior to the Supreme Court’s decision in that case, it was revealed and established that the historian’s work was flawed and debunked. Breyer cited it anyway and he and his clerks knew or should have known that it was false.

Remember what I said in the other thread about thinking you’re posting gotchas but but it’s nothing more than typical progressive lunatic hypocritical nonsense? And about you not being intelligent enough to warrant an actual conversation?

This is what both of those look like in practice.

Oh he did, but only because dimwits like you needed the lesson. Obviously he used too many big words and assumed your grasp of the English language was higher than that of a 5 year old when it is very clear it is not. In fact, if you weren't such a drooling moron and read all of the Heller opinions, you'd know that the court was unanimous in the individual right interpretation. This dissenting opinion held for the "narrow" individual right, still not a collective right as you so stupidly cling to...

Breyer no shite cited a Time article that relies on a study that includes anyone under 20 as "children."

What a moron you are.

Did you type out “hense” like an illiterate peasant and then compound your error by putting some extraneous and utterly useless comma after it? You did.

The poli board has become such a staunch echo chamber.

Since 2015 when I was invested heavily here it's changed so much. So many posters banned for being "concerned trolls""shills" etc.

It's gotten to the point if you are not even remotely 1000000% team trump (and you voted for him twice) but say anything that's an ounce negative that you are labeled as a troll and shite on without any substance in threads.

That's the thing the poliboard is missing more than anything is actual dialogue in threads instead of ridiculous 3rd grade comments.

Sucks this is what's become

Downvoted because its been that way since 1776. Dont care what the left thinks. When slaves were freed and became citizens, they had that same right. Should have always been free and had that right but democrats loved slavery.

Do you know the name of the Virginian historian or the name of the source where you read about that Virginian historian.?

Thanks.

You’re posting this in HHTM’s thread. He’s easily the worst poster on this board. I’d rather read one of Hank’s posts or pretend to care if Decatur died or lived than have HHTM post here.
