One of the jurors reportedly identified in the Lindsay Clancy trial is a supporter of Karen Read, the woman acquitted last year in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police Officer John O'Keefe.

A Facebook profile belonging to the juror, which lists her job as a chef at a Plymouth County senior center, had previously voiced support for Read during her retrial.
"Over and out Page. Massachusetts Jury did their rightful duty today. Karen's FREE," Farina posted on June 18, 2025, in a "Free Karen Read" Facebook group after Read was acquitted
quote:
Farina also told NBC10 Boston she found the Clancy prosecution to be "very, very harsh."

To be fair, that Karen Read thing seemed like a setup.
But this juror, and everyone who agrees with her about the Clancy trial, is insane.

Night and day.
Reade never admitted anything, and may well have been innocent. Everyone knows Clancy killed her kids, she admitted as much.

Karen Read was absolutely the victim of a shoddy investigation at the least and a cover up of the actual murderer at the worst. From a standpoint of “beyond reasonable doubt” she should have been acquitted the first trial. It’s a completely different situation.
