I know that. But the last person reading something into the constitution that isn’t there - is Nino.

There’s no way Scalia was inventing a part of the BOR; which is what makes Cuomo’s post so idiotic.

Democrats know nothing about the constitution. They think it’s a
Feelings, as opposed to a legal document

The framers of the Constitution meant for the second Amendment to mean an individual right, it was always accepted by everyone since it was written to mean that.

Scalia just reminded people of that fact. Today if the Supremes said it was not an individual right, gun-owners would not accept that ruling, imo.

Wrong as you usually are. The collective interpretation was in fact the more recent invention.
