Remember the Korean war. Douglas MacArthur was positive that the Chinese would not enter Korea to fight the Americans so he pushed the North Koreans up to the Chinese border and then the Chicoms thru hundreds of thousand of Chinese troops into Korea and overran our troops and pushed them back all the way to the current DMZ.
The Chicoms were worried about domestic restlessness (like Hing Kong today) an wanted to display control to the masses and worried that the west (capitalist) posed to great a risk that close to their sovereign land.
I support Trump. No doubt. But we should be very careful about how far and how fast we push them. They have shown before that they are not scared to fight.

Yup if I'm not mistaken, about 15000 Marines and 15000 un soldiers took on 150000 Chinese troops

We will never be militarily invaded. Everyone knows that. The "invasion" has been ongoing for years. Especially since 2008.

China's been playing the US and the world for fools. While the EU has been worried about climate change and making refugees welcome, China has been beefing up their economy and infrastructure.
