Why it's possible for foreigners, much less foreign governments to own land in the United States is beyond me.

My memory fails me on who it was, but I saw a reporter covering the migration. He was at the Darien Gap, and he could interview any of the people, except the Chinese camp.Things that make you go, hmmmm.
