Trade-dependent continental powers (Russia and China) have no chance against relatively economically insular maritime powers (U.S. and Japan). Thats not really how that works.
Most of China's oil comes from Iran, which we can shut off anytime since we control all of the seas its shipped through
The oil pipelines from Russia to China do not exist present. And China in the long term, is not a threat. Its a serious threat for about 30 years. Their population is a time bomb, they have 60m more young men than women due to their old 1 child policy. They also have a birth rate that is pitiful.
If the US can get the birth rate back up, from americans, kick out the illegals, we will be the undisputed world leaders for generations to come

Philippines, Vietnam, even India. Many hate China. Hell, India and China bombard each other and have minor border skirmishes on a near annual basis.
Im just saying the East is far better than the West when it comes to quality of ally. The East are all reliable, always spend on defense, enlist, and they are conservative - no blue haired crazies. I would much prefer to be aligned with people who make a good faith effort to be friends with us, than be "friends" with a bunch of leeches

No sir, incorrect. Russia is their primary source followed by Saudi Arabia. China’s largest oil supplier in 2023 was Russia China imported record amounts of crude oil in 2023

Thats in recent years. Saudi & Iran being cut off could not be filled by Russia (and both of them would be cut off with ease in a war situation). The only reason they are buying Russian oil at the moment is how dirt cheap it is due to the sanctions - they also could not buy enough from Russia to satisfy their entire manufacturing needs, let alone a war effort
