Really nice of him to insist on the unassailable character of appointed judges. Quite a bold generalization there.

However we do have an inconvenient truth that is unassailable, and that is we have at least one judge on the SC that's dependent on psychotropics.

Something the Left made sure to dwell on during his confirmation hearings and warned us about in all their magnanimity and attempt to do "good" for the country.

Warning us that such dependency could affect the logic of his decisions.

Ironically, although not exactly as intended, they very well could have been correct.

And now, due to his decision(s), he's become their darling.

Turned out to be one of their more notable unintended ironies, serendipities.

But don't count on or expect consistency in his positions.
