This is the equivalent of fiery but mostly peaceful protests.

This is not a simple disagreement, this is lawfare predicated on politics being upheld by CJ Roberts?

Explain yourself.

Much like some of our board’s own intrepid Guardians of Law, Roberts appears more selective than consistent when he chooses to speak up.

Excesses by the Obama and Biden admins rarely raised an eyebrow or peep much less these pronouncements of wisdom regarding traditions, boundaries and laws.

It’s almost as if personal political biases are playing a role here with these esteemed legal minds.

That’s correct.

Chief John Roberts literally did that for Obamacare.

This dumbfrick doesn’t even understand that it’s not simply about “disagreement,” it’s about the abuse of power by the Judiciary.

Roberts is letting the Judiciary destroy itself with its overreaching and abuse of it’s powers. Hopefully Congress and the Executive soon teach them that they are not the final boss of our government, they are co-equal, not above either.
