Exactly, Bonds. I rely on you for facts!
I’m trying to collect facts. You rely on the prosecutor and politicians for facts…..how did that work out for you regarding Trump and Russia?

You excited about voting for Biden again? He’s doing awesome.

How did that workout….don’t know why it autocorrected to that. I fixed it.

Then you should be outraged that Trump is being charged with anything as a result of that call. Yet here you are supporting it. That is some fascist BS. You should be ashamed of yourself.
I never said I supported any of this.
To me, listening to the phone call back around Jan 3, 2020, the whole thing sounded like a desperate attempt by Trump to keep pushing his claims without any facts supporting him. He made numerous statements such as "around 5,000 dead people voted in Georgia", and Raffensperger responded to those statements with facts, "no sir, we found 2 dead people who voted. Trump blew him off and said "I like my numbers better."
I thought then it was highly inappropriate for POTUS to call a SOS and try to pressure him into decertifying an election. Not sure if illegal, but definitely inappropriate.
Then we find out that not only were Trump's numbers bogus, but also that he had been directly informed they were bogus before he filed his verified complaint. Now his phone call to Raffensperger has gone from highly inappropriate to an impeachable offense and potentially illegal.
So, no, I'm not outraged by the charges. But I doubt the end result will justify the expense and argument.

I mean, I asked for specifics and you prattled on and on only regurgitating what the prosecutor alleges. Hilarious.
When did democrats start taking whatever a prosecutor says as fact. Especially one that announced their agenda to take someone down somehow someway?
Look, dumbass, this why no one would answer your question. You're just going to argue with what anyone says and that's a complete waste of time.
You want "specifics" when none of us have personal knowledge of any of this stuff and there hasn't been a trial yet. You know no one can give you a level of species that will satisfy you, so you are just trying to look like a badass. frick you.
I don't take the complaint as fact, but the truth is the vast majority of the facts set forth in the complaint aren't even in dispute. The dispute is whether those facts constitute a crime
Trump called Raffensperger to try to convince him to decertify the election. He spouted a bunch of false statements in that phone call. Raffensperger told him to pound sand. No one disputes those facts. The only question is whether that's a crime.
The same holds for a lot of the allegations.
I don't give a shite if you are satisfied with these answers or not. We'll see what happens in the trial

That’s pretty lame all things considered.
Even you must see that.

You think things are better under Biden? Most everything y’all accused Trump of, Biden has actually done.

Nah, it's fine to vote on relative preferences. If you wait to be excited about a candidate, most of us would be sitting out most elections, I expect.

So you take what the prosecutor says as fact. Got it. Tell me. Can you at least figure out what statutes are alleged to have been violated. You don’t need a trial for that. If you have the code section and the transcript. We can figure out which specific words trump said that meet the elements of the code section. Nobody seems to be able to do that.
You should be outraged there is any allegation of wrongdoing if you actually listened to the call. Yet here you are. That is some fascist BS.

Good Lord!
Good Lord!
Kyle Rittenhouse was innocent!
However, AT THE OUTSET, if you gave Kyle Rittenhouse the option between a """guilty""" plea with no jailtime, vs a not guilty plea with a lifetime million dollar legal debt and a 20% chance of life in prison, what would he have chosen? He have chosen the same way Chesebro did.

It was mixed. There was some accountability, but with national security cases this info drips out slowly. We're still trying to figure out what happened in the Red Scare. Nobody is gonna solve the case on the poliboard, of course.

Chesbro was smart. As an early cooperator he gets out of this with no prison time as long as he keeps his nose clean. Likewise Powell. She even has a shot of eventually getting her law license back (that ship has sailed for Chesebro, though).

I know you don't like disloyalty. I remember all the times you post rat images for Michael Cohen.

Didn’t stop you from posting about it and believing all of the bud for 4 years.
We got him now!!

We can’t solve it. Wait for the trial.
Yet the assumption of guilt is ALWAYS there. Only for trump though. I’m guessing you don’t think Biden is guilty of being on the take.
