The attempt to extort the ukraine to make a public statement of intention to look into bidens doings in return for $400 million that was actually already set up by congress. Buden was at the time leading polls. Trump was using my tax dollars to extort help in the next election. He was asking ukraine to help him win 2020. The president has no authority of that money. But he sent gulianis team to make the threat.
