I'm not melting. I'm laughing at Trumps lack of understanding how the court system works again.

Sorry brother, but the true meat of this story is if the surveillance went beyond the court order and were doing other things not pertaining to the warrant. That is where this gets dicey.

Trump needs to get all access to what was recorded and why... If there is proof that he was monitored or his surrogates relating to anything besides what is in that court order there will be hell to pay.

Obama did not give the order, fine, but he knew about it without a doubt.

And how would Trump know about the surveillance to be able to access the classified data if it weren't told to him? He has to know about it to access it.

The information was probably leaked to him, levin, and breitbart, or they have been sitting on this for awhile.

Did Nixon break into that party headquarters in Watergate Hotel? It was the OBAMA DOJ that got the wiretap. If they did it without notifying Obama, see Nixon

If Obama OKd it, then guilty, yet again!

You don't get to spy on your political opponents in a democracy. Otherwise, we have to dig up Nixon and let him finish his term out

Nixon didn't even know about it.. lolol.. He tried to cover it up and was caught. That is what got him.

Obama is too smooth an operator to fall for that shite. He has well placed minions to do his work for him without his authorization and it will be cleaned up without him saying a word. Someone said that his administration was more like a terrorist organization and they are correct. They operate like individual cells not needing a leader to allow them to do work.

Yeah, and 7 days before he left office Obama changed the order of succession if the AG ever had to step down.

Wonder why he would write that EO? Cover-up perhaps?

Trust me, TheDonald had all his ducks in a row before he accused Obama

You and I are on the same page in thought.

The difference here is that Nixon didn't even know about the breaking into the DNC, but when he found out it happened he attempted to cover it up. I could be wrong, but I am confident that is what happened.

Where Obama could get burnt is if they find out that the surveillance went beyond the court order and Obama knew about THAT part and ok'd it. No way in hell they would have done anything outside that order without knowing beforehand that it was something Obama ok'd. Not something of that magnitude.

So Comey would be in trouble since the FBI handles the court order.

An EO in plain site??

Should have gone with the obvious and most simplest answer:

To keep objectivity for the investigation

The issue is not with FISA approving the wiretaps as we all know that much happened. The problem lies with what happened after. They supposedly believed a computer inside of Trump tower was communicating with Russian banks...this is how they justified the FISA warrant after the first attempt failed. Now, once they realized that no such connection existed...Trump communicating with Russia which they also found out from the wiretaps they never stopped. They never shut down the wiretaps. This is highly fricking illegal and unethical and this is essentially treason. You want to talk about interfering with an election......THAT IS frickING bullshite. No one should be ok with this. Obama spied on journalist, he spied on foreign leaders, he punished whistleblowers harshly and he obviously has no problem spying on his opposition. He should be brought up on charges and he can't just blame some person at the DOJ because the president is the official approver of anything and everything that goes down. He was fully complicit.

He's the boss, nothing happens without his approval.

Who is ok with treason? They got what they wanted and then continued to spy using the Russian boogeyman as a bullshite excuse.

This is the same DOJ that had Lynch dancing around on the tarmac talking about grandchildren and golf while investigating Clinton. The Obama administration was corrupt to the core and with a complicit media he was never held to the fire. Now is the time to hold him to the fire and let that traitorous count burn.

WOULD YOU BE OK WITH THE GOP SPYING ON CLINTON? That's really the only question that needs to be asked of you complicit idiots.

So the FBI would never continue a wiretap passed its expiration date unless the president gave them permission?

Oh the ignorance

Why do you think I said blame Comey

bullshite, this was a political hitjob. The Russian narrative even after they proved it was demonstrably false continues to this day. If you don't think Obama had anything to do with this then I question your intelligence level. My 2nd grader can put 2 + 2 together better than you.
